The affects of gamification in facility services jobs

The aim of the project  is to study how does gamification affect the facility services jobs  especially in real-estate maintenance and cleaning services.

Goal

Through gamification the work tasks can be more personalized, which can lead to more motivational outcomes. The project aims to resolve what kind of gamification elements support well-being and productivity in facility service jobs.
