The project examines the bidding processes of technical, administrative and property maintenance services, the quality of employees' work and the prevalence of service production restructuring in Finland from the perspectives of customers, producers and personnel. The purpose is to produce new information about tendered services from the perspective of the everyday quality of employees' work. By quality of work, we refer to key components of the quality of work identified in the research, such as salary, type of employment, opportunities for development and influence, working conditions and job security, and the relationship between work and free time.
