The aim of the project is to produce materials for teaching and communications on nutrient recycling.
Goal
This project produces materials on teaching and communicating issues related to nutrient cycling that will be based on the latest research and trends. Content of the materials will be designed for the needs of different educational fields and levels. Teaching and communication materials will be the outcome of the project. The materials will be based on the information collected and produced in other projects.
A great potential for change is in students and the public. Until now, the availability of suitable materials has been found out to be problematic. This project aims to bring solutions to the situation by designing and producing teaching materials in collaboration with communications professionals, students and professionals in nutrient cycling. Nutrient cycling and its importance are brought out on a national level by distributing the materials.
All materials will be published openly, which enables anyone to be able to utilize the results in the way they need. Opi ravinteista! -project (Learn about nutrients! in English) is implemented Häme University of Applied Sciences (HAMK), Lapland University of Applied Sciences (Lapin AMK), Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) and SYKLI Environmental School of Finland.
