Personal Path Coach

The aim of the project is to develop a personal service path model, that is in the core of guidance services. In collaboration forums in Pirkanmaa region it has been recognized that the employment experiment network is lacking the competence of guiding higher education graduates. The development of guidance services is thus critical. The aim is to develop the guidance models of the unemployed, higher education graduates and the higher education drop-outs and to create personal competence and study paths for these target groups.

The project develops guidance models for continuous learning in higher education. These guidance models will support the different methods of sustainable employment and competence development solutions.
