The aim of the project was to study work ability and work well-being among the participants as well as their views on their occupational health service and to study how the company has invested on work- wellbeing and health. In 2016 (n=337 ) and 2018 (n=332) harvest entrepreneurs and operators answered to questionnaires and 15 entrepreneurs were interviewed. Economic analysis was done in 13 companies.
