Drill rig
With the drill rig it is possible to conduct Swedish weight sounding, static-dynamic sounding, and percussion drilling. The rig is also used with piezocone and field vane testing.
Piezocone
Our piezocone system composes of cones from different manufacturers covering a range from 7,5 to 75 MPa. This enables us to conduct testing in various soil conditions. With click-on modules the system can be also used for measuring soil resistivity and shear wave velocity with down-hole principle. The piezocone system is also suitable for dissipation tests.
Down-hole field vane.
With the down-hole field vane apparatus, it is possible to determine the undrained shear strength of fine-grained soil. Our equipment meets the requirements of the D*RX configuration of ISO 22476-9. With our equipment, it is possible to determine the undrained shear strength between under 10 to 300 kPa.
Inclinometer
The device is used to measure horizontal movement of soil mass. Measurements are done from pre-drilled boreholes with special casings. With our equipment, it is possible to measure boreholes up to 30 m of depth.
Dataloggers
We have two dataloggers and several expansion modules which enable us to measure tens of transducers simultaneously. The dataloggers can measure several types of transducers including vibrating wire transducers.
