ScentTech Laboratory

The ScentTech Laboratory has tools for experimenting with odorous stimuli. Natural smell samples can be stored (including -80 degree deep freeze storage) and presented as well as synthetic ordors composed of mixtures of chemicals. Together with virtual reality systems these enable e.g. research settings for olfactory research that are not possible in real world. For example odorless versions of normally odorous objects or odorous objects with a wrong smell.
