Topological matter HIP project

The project concentrates on complex topological systems such as random lattices and many-body quantum systems far from equilibrium. 

The study of topological quantum materials is one of the most active focus areas of condensed-matter physics. In this project we study these systems  and their diverse connections to quantum information and high-energy physics.

We work helps to understand fundamental properties of new quantum materials and identify their potential future applications.

The project is funded by Helsinki Institute of Physics (HIP).
