Work and Organizational Psychology Consortium WOPC

WOPC is a research network in the field of work and organizational psychology in University of Jyväskylä and Tampere University.  WOPC strengthens the collaboration and operating conditions of the Universities of Jyväskylä and Tampere in the research and teaching of work and organisational psychology.

WOPC increases the impact and visibility of research groups and broadens the competence base of researchers in the field of work and organisational psychology at both universities. In the field of education, cooperation is developed so that is it easier for the bachelors and masters degree students of both universities to take more courses across the universities. The universities also plan common courses and seminars. To sum up, the ultimate goal of WOPC is to strengthen research and education collaboration in the field of work and organizational psychology in Tampere University and University of Jyväskylä.
