Belbin® Accreditation
Description
Translation: Belbin® team role accreditation is offered by TAMK in Finland!
Equip your team with the skills needed for collaboration, communication, and achieving common business objectives. Help create meaning, trust, and psychological safety. Belbin accreditation provides a solid foundation for utilizing the Belbin theory and enables you to facilitate feedback reports and team workshops.
Who's it for
Belbin accreditation is recommended for everyone who uses, or wants to use, the Belbin team role model. The model is an excellent tool for understanding individual behavior and enables a supervisor to build a winning team.
It is particularly suitable for HR professionals, HRD practitioners, supervisors, managers, as well as headhunters and personnel assessment professionals in HR service companies.
How does it all happen
The training consists of pre-assignments, a two-day on-site training/four afternoon remote training sessions, homework assignments, a final exam, and a half-day practical coaching session with the coach. The final exam must be passed in order to be granted accreditation.
We organize small-group trainings twice per semester and in-house trainings based on customer requests.
The upcoming trainings are as follows: 21-22 September 2023, in Tampere at TAMK, and November 6-9, 2023, remotely via Zoom. Detailed timings will be provided to registered participants at a later date.
Price: 1870 EUR + VAT per person
Includes: Belbin team role test for yourself and 2 practice tests (valued at 240 EUR), Training in Finnish (English available), assignments in the portal (in English, responses can be in Finnish), the final exam, and an official certificate upon successful completion.
Accredited individuals gain access to the Belbin® community, which provides materials for conducting workshops and support from Belbin® Finland representatives. Support is free of charge for the first year.
