Collaborate with TAMK's international students
Our services to employers
We offer employers:
- Competent trainees from eight international degree programmes
- Visits by international students, or invitations to visit TAMK to get to know future experts
- Support models for internships, such as a tandem internship
- Thesis writers that are internationally networked and fluent in many languages and cultures
At TAMK, we do our best to keep our students from abroad working at Finland and Pirkanmaa. Supporting international student cooperation is part of our TalentBoost activities.
We are working closely with, for example, Tampere University and International House Tampere to increase the traction and grip power of Pirkanmaa. We also want to do this work together with the working life in Pirkanmaa. Join us!

Ways to collaborate
Offer a job or an intership to students
We have our own platform in the JobTeaser service. In JobTeaser, it is possible to recruit students from several universities with one advertisement. Leaving an advertisement is free of charge but requires logging into the service at the first time.
Instructions for using JobTeaser
The Social and Health Care sector has their own platform called Jobiili.
Utilize students' expertise in defined projects
Is your organisation looking for a thesis or project worker for a certain topic? Students can do theses or exercises suitable for their degree, as well as small projects commissioned by companies and communities. They can be various practical working life investigation, planning, manufacturing and development tasks. We also offer events, services and platforms for networking, cooperation and co-creation with our entrepreneurial students.
Increase your campus visibility and course collaboration
Meet our students on the campuses and in the recruitment events or invite student groups for a visit in your company. Offer a course or give a lecture about a certain theme relevant for your organisation's future competences.

Experiences and perspectives
Naheed's story

Naheed Amiri-Moghal
Companies invited international students for visits
Visits to local companies in Pirkanmaa help students network with companies and find internships. At the same time, companies also get new, up-to-date information about students’ skills and new potential employees.
Job Club supporting immigrants’ access to the labor market
By joining the peer support events of Job Club, university graduates feel that they are not alone and receive support immediately after their graduation and their transitional period of life.
