Collaborate with TAMK's international students

There are people from all over the world studying at TAMK and each of their studies includes an internship. An international trainee can bring new thinking and skills to the workplace. They can help your company build and expand international networks.

Our services to employers

We offer employers:

  • Competent trainees from eight international degree programmes
  • Visits by international students, or invitations to visit TAMK to get to know future experts
  • Support models for internships, such as a tandem internship
  • Thesis writers that are internationally networked and fluent in many languages and cultures

At TAMK, we do our best to keep our students from abroad working at Finland and Pirkanmaa. Supporting international student cooperation is part of our TalentBoost activities.

We are working closely with, for example, Tampere University and International House Tampere to increase the traction and grip power of Pirkanmaa. We also want to do this work together with the working life in Pirkanmaa. Join us!

Podcast: Supporting international talents and their integration to working life

Utilize students' expertise in defined projects

Is your organisation looking for a thesis or project worker for a certain topic? Students can do theses or exercises suitable for their degree, as well as small projects commissioned by companies and communities. They can be various practical working life investigation, planning, manufacturing and development tasks. We also offer events, services and platforms for networking, cooperation and co-creation with our entrepreneurial students.

Increase your campus visibility and course collaboration

Meet our students on the campuses and in the recruitment events or invite student groups for a visit in your company. Offer a course or give a lecture about a certain theme relevant for your organisation's future competences.
