The course presents the core ideas and principles of service design and design thinking, as well as their application to HTI development.
The course consists of workshops, group assignment tasks, company visits and one book, from which an essay is written. Course topics include:
- Principles of service design, design thinking and experience design
- Key methods in service design
- Using participatory design methods in HTI
- Service design for technology and knowledge-intensive business environments
- Digital services and user orientation
