  • The course presents the core ideas and principles of service design and design thinking, as well as their application to HTI development.​

  • The course consists of workshops, group assignment tasks, company visits and one book, from which an essay is written. Course topics include:​

    • Principles of service design, design thinking and experience design​

    • Key methods in service design​

    • Using participatory design methods in HTI​

    • Service design for technology and knowledge-intensive business environments​

    • Digital services and user orientation​
