Pedagogical qualification (60 ECTS) include educational studies as well as supervised teaching practice. The studies support the development of participant's conceptions of learning, ethical and social skills, and personal relation to scientific educational knowledge. During the studies the students develop their pedagogical thinking and identity as researcher-teachers. The studies emphasise research-based approach focusing on individual, communal, and social dimensions of education.
The pedagogical studies in university pedagogy (10-60 ECTS) form a process, where the participants jointly explore and solve challenges related to teaching, learning and academic work, and build an interdisciplinary collegial teacher network.
