MEI-43016 Model-based Design of Machine Systems, 5 cr

Person responsible

Asko Ellman

Learning Outcomes

To understand how to study behaviour of complete machine systems within various work cycles. To Understand how simulation tools can be used in design of machine structures and in life-time calculations. The students will develop his/her know-how and enhance his/her skills on on solving new and complex problems. He/she will learn how to act as a member of a work community and promote the community's and his/her own well-being. He/she understands the importance of digitalization in his/her field and utilizes the digital operating environments in his/her field. He/she knows the risk associated with digital environments and takes them into account in his/her own actions.
