Description

On completion of this course, the student recognizes the basic concepts of a supply chain management and its importance to companies' operations and competitiveness: Introduction to supply chain management, forecasting methods, capacity management, logistics, and procurement. We will also introduce recent topics such as sustainability, digitalization, and risk management in supply chain. The content covers both quantitative and qualitative materials to identify, analyse and manage supply chain operations and issues.

Requirements

The class format includes lectures, challenge questions, simulation game, and guest lecturers from companies. By conducting the course assignments, the students enhance their team working and project management skills.
