BSc-level course, part 1 of 2, for fundamentals of Electronic Integrated Circuits Design on State-of-Art nano CMOS technology for wide range of modern applications: Communications, Automation, Robotics, Bio-Medical etc. CAD tools in use: PSpice, Cadence (Virtuoso, Spectre, Assura, etc) on 45nm CMOS technology.
