Students will be familiar with the key concepts and theoretical approaches of security studies, security governance, safety management and risk governance. Students will understand the significance of interdisciplinary holistic approach to security and safety of societies and organizations. During the course, the student develops an understanding of the importance of conceptualizations of security, safety and risk.
