Course objectives
Developing a RF-ASIC for modern receiver or transmitter architectures.

Content of the course
Electrical and Physical design for a New RF-ASIC as a continuation of the PCB-version developed in Seminar-I. The design will be sent for fabrication and after that characterized by measurement. It is recommended that right after the course the students continue their tasks toward writing the MSc thesis.

Requirements
Design Reviews presentations and fulfilling specified Measured Performance of the developed RF-ASIC, and written report.

Literature
The materials will be given later, depends on the designed RF-ASIC.
