The requirement for completing the course is passing the examination. The course is an advanced level course which consists of a written examination from literature and article package. The article collection is valid for one academic year. Article collection will be for sale at Indecs in K1726 in the autumn. There will be a package of appr. 40 questions that will help you prepare for the exam. There will be four opportunities per academic year to take the exam. Check the exam date and register in time. The instructors cannot accept late registrations, because they do not have access to the examination registration system.

After completing this course, we hope that you - have learnt about the concept of strategic human resource management (SHRM) - are able to discuss the key factors associated with SHRM - master the current perspectives in SHRM The course is designed to promote self-learning and individual study. We study these topics because human resources and human resource management can play major roles in the organization's overall strategy, particularly when human resources are viewed as providing a major competitive advantage.
The assessment on the course will be based on the written examination.

There will be two 2h classes both on the 2nd and on the 4th period. Cases of Greer book will be discussed in small groups. The classes will be held in English. The attendance at the classes is voluntary. The requirement for completing the course is passing the examination.
