Learning outcomes

- The advanced study module in Signal Processing deepen the theoretical and practical skills of the student to analyze signals and to design signal processing methods and systems especially to one of the major application areas of signal processing. Advanced studies in signal processing teach the student to the independent selection of optimal signal processing methods when he/she is confronted with a new kind of signal processing problem. The goal is to train the student for co-operation with the hardware and software designers of signal processing systems.

Compulsory courses

Students writing their Master's thesis in Signal Processing must complete the courses SGN-1986 Signal Processing Thesis Seminar, 1 cr and SGN-1996 Signal Processing Thesis Seminar Presentation, 0 cr.
