Learning outcomes
- | After completing the study module, a student is able to |
- | name typical features of a mechatronic machine and can list typical mechatronic components, |
- | use and select actuators and sensors in mechatronic applications, |
- | recognize the application potential and limitations of microsystems and micromachines in mechatronic applications, |
- | apply the design method of mechatronic machine and implement the method in practice, |
- | explain the operation principles and components in hydraulic, electro-mechanical and active material servo systems, |
- | compare and analyse hydraulic, electro-mechanical and active material servo control systems in time and frequency domain, |
- | to write technical reports and scientific publications and give technical presentations in English, |
- | start doctoral studies in mechatronics and microsystems or an R&D career in industry, |
