Requirements

Project work (an active RF circuit) designed, implemented, and tested. A report documenting the work. Seminar presentation given.

Learning Outcomes

After completing the course, student will be able to design, simulate, build, and test an active RF circuit. The student will be able to give a presentation on own work and be able to document his/her work in a way theses are written in TUT.

1. Design of an active RF circuit, for example, an amplifier, oscillator, or mixer.     
2. Use of an RF circuit simulator.     
3. Implementation of the designed circuit in TUT facilities.     
4. Testing the designed circuit in TUT facilities.     
5. Preparing a report that meets good engineering standards.
