Description:

The main objective of this course is to help student to deepen and sharpen his ability to “see” and “read” organizational situations. Upon completing this course the student will recognize selected basic concepts and theories related to leadership and organizational behavior, better understand organizations and organizational processes, and also recognize the versatility of leadership. Furthermore, during the course the student will discover the advantages and encounter the challenges of working in groups.
