Learning Outcomes

Note: The lecturer of the course, as well as the specific dates and times of the lectures will be updated to POP by the end of the year 2015. With regard to theory, the student knows the central theoretical schools of thought, and their theoretical perspectives in strategic management scholarship, and their core points of agreement and disagreement. With regard to practice, the student can interpret and explain how and why companies do what they actually do (and why they don't do something else instead) from different theoretical points of view.

3. The points of agreement and disagreement among different schools of thought and theoretical perspectives.  The practical implications stemming from the points of agreement and disagreement among different schools of thought and theoretical perspectives.   
4. Applying different schools of thought and theoretical perspectives for understanding, explaining, and interpreting actual corporate strategic behavior.     
5. Seminar working, critical thinking, argumentation and scientific writing.     

Instructions for students on how to achieve the learning outcomes

Each written seminar report and argumentation in seminar sessions is graded. These together produce the final grade of the course.

Assessment scale:

Numerical evaluation scale (1-5) will be used on the course

Partial passing:

Completion parts must belong to the same implementation
