Description:
This course covers the central themes and practices in managing complex project business and engages students in solving practical problems in project-based management. The focus is on themes related to how projects are connected with their complex business environment, such as: Project-based management, project networks and partnerships, project portfolio and program management, uncertainty and risks in project business, and customers and services in project business.
