Office Software and Office Online
All browser-based applications of Microsoft 365 are available at https://portal.office.com. Log in by using your TUNI email address.
At the Microsoft 365 cloud service, you can use Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You can edit the files in your browser. You can use them at home as well as at work. You can also use OneDrive for Business on your browser, but synchronizing your work files to your home computer is forbidden for data safety reasons. Teams is also available directly in the browser.
As an student, person with extended resource agreement or staff of the community, you have a license which includes the right to install Microsoft 365 ProPlus-package on five Windows or Mac computers and other devices. The package includes Office desktop applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Files saved in the cloud service can be edited also on home computers. You can download the package on the front page of Microsoft 365 at https://portal.office.com. Click the link “Install Office”. You can also download many other applications from the Microsoft Store or Apple App Store, including Teams, Sway, Forms, To-Do and OneNote.
