Eduuni-wiki
Eduuni-wiki is a service produced by CSC on the Atlassian Confluence wiki platform. At the core of Eduuni-wiki and other Eduuni services is Eduuni-ID identity and access rights management, which is based on the use of an email address as a person's identity. All Eduuni services are located in CSC's data center in Finland.
You can access Eduuni-wiki at https://wiki.eduuni.fi/. Click the Log in link in the upper right corner and select Tampere Universities as the login method (HAKA login). You'll then be redirected to the familiar Microsoft sign-in page. Use your TUNI email address to log in. If you do not yet have an Eduuni ID, register one for yourself the first time you log in. N.B. The Microsoft 365 sign-in option in the Eduuni ID sign-in option list does not work with TUNI account.
Select Eduuni-wiki as the working tool when
- The workspace is used by people outside the Tampere University and TAMK. Eduuni ID can be registered with any work email address and the most common cloud service IDs serve as authentication methods.
- The workspace is used for one of the following use cases (staff only):
- project workspace
- the co-operation network's shared workspace.
Note! TUNI Wiki should be used for internal use cases.
Ordering a new wiki workspace
Ordering or changing workspace access rights
If you need access rights for a workspace or an individual wiki page, proceed as follows:

Contact the wiki workspace admin
Primarily, contact the wiki workspace admin. Workspace admin can grant you the access rights you need in Eduuni service. If you are a workspace admin and want to add a new admin to the workspace, please contact IT Helpdesk.
If you do not have the right to the workspace or you do not know who the workspace admin is, proceed according to step 2.

If you do not know who the wiki workspace admin is, contact it-helpdesk [at] tuni.fi (it-helpdesk[at]tuni[dot]fi). In your message, state the name and address of the workspace and a description of the need for use. Helpdesk will find out the workspace admin.
