Acting students on stage — 3 events open to the public and free of charge

In the Theater Arts there started 12 new actor students at fall 2024. Now they have been studying acting for 6 weeks and we are happy to invite the audience to the Theater Monttu on Thursday 17.10.2024 at 7 p.m. to watch the material created during the Introduction to Acting course!

The audience is also invited to the Theater Monttu on 28 November at 7 p.m., when the Master's students' course "Cyborg, Avatar, Virtual; Memories from Alpha Centauri" will have it’s conclusion. In this course, students have used motion capture technology to create fantasy worlds. Can we use cyborgs to explore different forms of humanity? Different ways of being? Different experiences that transcend human limitations?

Näty's Christmas concert "A Day Among Others" will delight the audience at G Livelab on 12 December at 7 p.m. The concert will feature fresh and lesser-heard Christmas and winter music.
