Welcome to the final seminar of the E3 Pandemic Response and Enterprise Solutions project. The main goal of the project has been to find effective protection strategies towards pandemics, and infectious diseases in general. The aim has been to develop solutions that allow the various functions of society to continue uninterrupted and people to continue to move and live safely despite the epidemics and pandemics.
In the seminar we will hear presentations about the affects of air purification and ventilation on hospital environments, health safety in office buildings, and results from our famous daycare study, in which we studied how air purification affects morbidity.
E3 project will bring up key results and findings related to the following themes:
- How do viruses spread?
- How to take people into account in designing solutions?
- How to create health-safe premises?
- Our learnings and recommendations
