University level infrastructure

DELI is a national infrastructure financed by Academy of Finland and Tampere University. It consists of three main elements: electrified systems, digital solutions for monitoring, control and management of the systems and the data systems. The most essential systems are mobile working machines and energy communities (microgrids) equipped with various sub-systems, e.g. power electronic converter connected energy storages like batteries, photovoltaic or electric vehicle charging points.

DELI infrastructure is interdisciplinary, consisting of infrastructures located in different faculties of Tampere University. It enables research on modern, flexibly configurable, fully digitally controlled, managed and monitored electrified systems. The DELI infrastructure is currently in preparation.
