Bring your original certificates with you on 20th of August 2024. The certificates will be collected and checked. Student admission is conditional until the university of applied sciences has checked the certificates. Please take an ID card with you on the first day.
Orientation week 20-23.8.2024
The orientation week includes the starting sessions of compulsory courses and the thesis work. We will work daily from 8.30-16.00 with breaks between. The program includes also field visits. In the evenings there is a possibility for voluntary cultural program together with the group. Please reserve these dates fully and organise your travel and accommodation accordingly.
During the face-to-face intensive week you will hear more about the programme, the expectations, our services, meet with everyone in your study group, and get to know each other.
The aim of the week is to create our team, get to know each other, build safer space and create a successful learning atmosphere. During the week we explore and elaborate on building community in experiential manner. By coming together face-to-face, we aim to build solid starting point for online studies in culturally diverse teams. And hopefully during the week we also get to enjoy Finnish summer!
The detailed agenda of the intensive week will be sent to you by e-mail in August before the intensive week.
