Campus parking

Student Parking at TAMK's Main Campus

You can obtain a parking permit through the eParking system. Log in to the system using your HAKA credentials. Student permits are limited, and there is usually a waiting list.

The system provides information on campus parking areas along with pricing details. If you purchase a general permit, please note that it does not guarantee a free parking space, but grants the right to park when spaces are available. You can enter multiple license plate numbers into the system, but only one can be active at a time. The parker is responsible for ensuring the correct license plate is active. You can also change and activate the license plate via smartphone. The change takes effect immediately. All parking areas are monitored by city parking authorities, who can verify whether the parking fee has been paid based on the license plate number.

Please note that you also need a parking permit for motorcycles. Enter the motorcycle’s license plate number into the system when parking. Students can also purchase a slightly cheaper motorcycle permit, which only allows parking in a designated area (located in parking area L, see map).

Termination of Parking Rights

You can terminate your parking permit during the contract period if you wish. All parking spaces have a one (1) calendar month termination period. The termination period is calculated from the last day of the calendar month in which the termination was made. The termination of the parking agreement must be done in the eParking service according to the above contract terms. In this case, any fees already paid for future months will be refunded.

Visitor Parking

At the Kuntokatu campus, there are designated paid parking spaces for visitors. The parking fee can only be paid via the Parkman, Easypark, or eParking mobile apps. The cost of visitor parking is €2.50/hour on weekdays from 8 AM to 4 PM.
