Active participation (please agree with the instructor beforehand if you cannot attend the seminar sessions), giving at least one presentation, chairing the session at least one time, summaries, and learning diaries. Optionally project work.
Completion parts must belong to the same implementation

1. Seminar topic: compressive sensing     

Instructions for students on how to achieve the learning outcomes

Before each meeting, all participating students will read one chapter of the book, prepare a short summary about it and send the summary to the coordinator before the meeting by email. The students will also prepare at least one question/comment and send that to the coordinator prior to the meeting by email (for example, was there something that you did not understand, or would you like to share some idea related to the Chapter). During the meeting, we will then discuss about these questions/comments. After the meeting students are expected to prepare a learning diary (see, e.g., http://www.cs.tut.fi/sera2012/InfoForStudent.html ) and send that by email to the coordinator.
