Pedagogy in education, communities and organisations theme area
Objectives
Our theme area is dedicated to the research, study and development of pedagogy, particularly in the context of education, communities, and organisations. We strive to promote and advance the quality and innovation of teaching and learning in various contexts. We develop effective and meaningful pedagogical practices, guidelines, and policies in projects and with our collaborators and stakeholders, such as teachers, students, educational institutions, communities, and organisations.
Our research, development, and innovation-focused approach allow for the application and testing of the latest pedagogical theories and practices in a practical environment. This helps us better understand how pedagogy can best support learning and inclusion in various settings. We also develop continuous learning practices and their pedagogical solutions.
We are also committed to sharing our knowledge and experiences with the wider community to promote the best pedagogical practices and foster lifelong learning. Our work is a vital part of TAMK´s mission to support student learning and success and to enhance societal impact.
