complete the tasks online in the Moodle site.

Simultaneous participation in the Demola Project. To achieve the learning outcomes, students will - read texts / watch videos and then take part in group discussions online - give and receive feedback from other students - learn vocabulary /phrases related to participating effectively in meetings and one-on-one situations - reflect on their own intercultural and linguistic behavior / performance during the Demola project - write a final reflection on their own linguistic and intercultural development during the course Continuous evaluation. Learning Outcomes
TThis course is intended for students working on their own project or as part of a course content that is integrating intercultural communication: -During this course, students deepen their knowledge about intercultural communication and its application to a specific project of their interest or their project will be defined by their content course that is integrating intercultural communication. Students that are taking the first option, will propose a topic and a project plan related with intercultural communication. During the course, students receive guidance and feedback from the teacher and other students in the course through online activities, readings and videos. At the end of the course, students will make a written report which lenght will depend on the credits the student applyed for. At the end of the course students will be able to: select intercultural communicaiton (ICC) theories that are relevant for their projects. describe intercultural communication theories to evaluate their topic of analysis. select and gather data for their projects. apply ICC frameworks to draw conclusions and give suggestions to solve the problem or question of their project.

Additional information about prerequisites
-Students participating in this course (KIE-08906 Intercultural Project Work) must have one of the mandatory prerequisites that are KIE-08006 Intercultural Communication Skills, KIE-08106 Intercultural Workplace or a similar course in intercultural /cross-cultural studies. Similar courses must be approved by the teacher before the course starts.
-Students who have not studied intercultural communication or a similar course previously need to contact the instructor to receive permission to take this course.
