Become a TAMK degree student through open path or transfer application? Application period is 2-16 May
You are eligible to apply in the open path application once you have completed the required amount of open UAS studies, for example path studies aiming at entering degree studies. Each degree’s eligibility criteria will outline the amount and applicability of previous studies.
On offer in the open path application there are 6 Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in English and naturally more than 70 progammes in Finnish language. This spring our offer in English consists of degrees in engineering, business administration as well as media and arts.
Transfer application is for those students, who already have an existing degree study right in another Finnish university or university of applied sciences. Unfortunately, this option is not available across borders, but our regular admissions round for degrees in English accepts students with completed courses from abroad and accreditation is available for matching courses.
TAMK offers only Bachelor’s degrees available for transfer, 6 degrees in total. In addition to engineering, media and business studies, also nursing students are welcome to apply for a transfer to TAMK from elsewhere in Finland. For accepted students their existing study right from their current institution will be transferred after acceptance to TAMK.
Tuition fee paying students should inform their existing university or UAS of their acceptance at TAMK and ask for a refund, so they can pay their tuition fee to TAMK to secure their study place.
