Scopus AI is an additional tool to Elsevier's Scopus database that utilizes the content of the Scopus database and is based on natural language processing. This means that you create searches or formulate your hypotheses free-form, without the need for exact keywords or Boolean operators.
When you write a question or hypothesis, Scopus AI analyses papers published from 2003 onwards and generates an answer based on their abstracts. The answer consists of several elements: a summary including references to articles within the Scopus database, an extended summary, a concept map, foundational publications in the research area (which may have been published before 2003), and topic experts.
Scopus AI experts from Elsevier will give a training session in English on 21st of October, from 10 to 11 am.
